Welcome to the Mid-States Hair Sheep Cooperative
Welcome to the Mid-States Hair Sheep Cooperative! We hope you are here because you own hair sheep of any breed or plan to purchase some, want more information on the co-op, and would like to network with like-minded people. Our members actively share and learn from each other about sheep production, marketing, breeding, feeding healthcare and seed stock opportunities for different breeds of hair sheep.
One of the co-op’s main focuses is marketing—connecting with buyers and selling sheep! We hold breeding stock sales each year in Nebraska and hope to add sales in other states in the future .
We all want to produce and sell quality lambs! Our shared knowledge and experience in all aspects of production help our members succeed. We are looking forward to meeting you!
There are many benefits to being a member of the Mid-States Hair Sheep Cooperative.
Anyone from any state is welcome to join. We are not affiliated with any other organization, club or state association. We are not funded by the A.S.I. or any government entity. The co-op relies solely on membership dues and sale commissions, as well as fund raising to finance its’ offerings. .
